By adopting a puppy from Happy Tails Cavapoos & Cockapoos, operating under the domain happytailscavapooscockapoos.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
The adopter agrees to pay the full adoption fee associated with their selected puppy. This fee supports responsible breeding practices, daily care, veterinary evaluations, vaccinations, deworming, and any applicable delivery or transportation arrangements.
All payments must be completed prior to the puppy being released to the adopter.
The adopter agrees to provide a safe, secure, and loving home environment at all times. Puppies must not be left outdoors unsupervised or placed in unsafe conditions.
The adopter commits to providing lifelong care, including:
- Balanced nutrition and clean water
- Appropriate shelter and exercise
- Training and companionship
- Regular grooming
- Ongoing veterinary care
Happy Tails Cavapoos & Cockapoos provides honest observations regarding each puppy's temperament at the time of adoption. However, the adopter understands that temperament and behavior may change as the puppy grows.
The organization is not responsible for future behavioral issues, damages, injuries, or incidents involving the puppy. Full responsibility for the puppy's behavior, health, and well-being rests with the adopter.
The adopter grants Happy Tails Cavapoos & Cockapoos permission to conduct reasonable follow-up communication after adoption.
These check-ins help ensure the puppy is thriving in a healthy, humane, and loving environment and receiving appropriate care.
By adopting, the adopter agrees to make a long-term commitment to the puppy.
This includes meeting all physical, emotional, and medical needs while treating the puppy with patience, kindness, and respect as a valued member of the family.
All puppies from happytailscavapooscockapoos.com receive age-appropriate veterinary care prior to adoption, including vaccinations and deworming as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
The adopter agrees to schedule a veterinary health examination within 72 hours of adoption.
If a licensed veterinarian identifies a serious health condition that existed prior to adoption, the puppy may be returned for a full refund, provided a signed written diagnosis is submitted. In such cases, Happy Tails Cavapoos & Cockapoos will cover the return transportation costs.
If the adopter can no longer care for the puppy, Happy Tails Cavapoos & Cockapoos must be notified immediately and given the first opportunity to reclaim ownership and assist with responsible rehoming.
A 30-day return period is offered should the adopter be unable to bond with or continue caring for the puppy. A full refund will be issued once the puppy is returned in good health along with all provided documents and medical records.
Any change in ownership or rehoming requires prior written approval. The puppy may never be sold, traded, leased, surrendered to a shelter, research facility, pet store, or similar organization under any circumstances.
By adopting from Happy Tails Cavapoos & Cockapoos, the adopter agrees to provide a permanent, safe, and loving home.
The adopter acknowledges that the organization retains a continued interest in the puppy's welfare and reserves the right to intervene if the terms of this agreement are violated or if the puppy's well-being is at risk.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Happy Tails Cavapoos & Cockapoos. By proceeding with adoption, you acknowledge full acceptance of all conditions outlined herein.
Adopter Responsibility
As the adopter, you assume full legal and financial responsibility for the puppy from the moment of transfer. This includes all aspects of care, training, and behavior management.
Lifetime Commitment
Adoption is a lifelong commitment. We take this seriously and expect our adopters to do the same. Our puppies deserve nothing less than a forever home filled with love and proper care.
