Health Guarantee
Two-Year Genetic Coverage
If a genetic or congenital condition arises within two years of birth that significantly affects your Cavapoo's or Cockapoo's health, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost, with verification from a licensed veterinarian.
Lifetime Commitment
In the uncommon case that a genetic condition results in the loss of your puppy after ten years of age, we will provide a credit worth 70% of the original purchase price, which can be applied toward another puppy of your choice.
What We Ask of You
We love placing our puppies in loving homes, and to help us uphold our promise, we ask for your cooperation in the following areas:
Veterinary Examination
Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2 business days of arrival and send us a copy of the exam report.
Vaccination Schedule
Do not re-vaccinate your puppy within the first 10 days of arrival, as they will already have received age-appropriate vaccinations.
Routine Veterinary Care
Continue routine veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and wellness checks as recommended by your vet.
Healthy Weight Maintenance
Maintain your puppy at a healthy weight to reduce the risk of joint or other health issues.
Important Exceptions
To ensure fairness and quality, our health guarantee does not cover:
Personality & Physical Traits
Personality traits, physical size, coat color, or future breeding potential
Weight-Related Issues
Hip dysplasia in puppies that become overweight
Neglect or Lack of Care
Conditions caused by neglect, missed vaccinations, or lack of veterinary care
Routine Procedures
Expenses related to spaying, neutering, or undescended testicles
Veterinary Health Report
Comprehensive Health Evaluation
Before any puppy leaves our care, they undergo a thorough health evaluation by a licensed veterinarian. This exam includes assessments of the heart, lungs, eyes, ears, skin, digestive system, and musculoskeletal system. Only puppies that pass this comprehensive check are approved for adoption and shipment.
Complete Documentation
You will receive a signed Veterinary Health Certificate on the day your puppy departs, giving you full transparency and peace of mind. We also ask that you bring your puppy to your own veterinarian within 10 days of arrival for a post-arrival wellness check.
